Securities Enforcement Defense Team Chair Jessica Magee will participate in a seminar offering updates on developments at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ms. Magee will join Eric Werner, director of the SEC's Fort Worth Regional Office, along with Vinson & Elkins Partner Rebecca Fike, a former senior counsel for enforcement at the SEC, for a conversation examining significant cases and trends involving the commission. The speakers will also explore what to expect from the SEC and other federal enforcement authorities under the second Trump Administration.
