GlobeSt. also noted the team’s significant representations, including leading a structured credit investor in connection with a $500 million CRE collateralized loan obligation (CLO) and bespoke lending platform, a boutique investment bank in connection with a $700 million bespoke CRE CLO, and a balance sheet lender in connection with a bespoke lending platform and CRE CLO vehicles.
