Elizabeth Mack, managing partner of Troutman Pepper Locke’s Dallas office, spoke with the Dallas Business Journal about the recent combination between Locke Lord and Troutman Pepper. In the article, Mack emphasized her enthusiasm for the combination, noting that it was a natural fit due to the firms’ similar work cultures.
“We have a lot of synergy and practice areas, so it gives us more bench depth and ability to provide greater resources to our clients,” Mack said. “It had a great appeal for both sides.”
Looking ahead, Mack anticipates that “deal flow will continue to be exceptional, and litigation will be strong” in 2025. She also noted that she expects the Dallas office to grow, enhancing Troutman Pepper Locke’s ability to serve clients, both locally and firmwide.
