Bradley is pleased to welcome Amy Moss as a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Houston. The addition of Ms. Moss closely follows the addition of four corporate and bankruptcy attorneys who joined the office from Chamberlain Hrdlicka last month.
“Amy is a highly respected attorney with a successful transactional practice spanning M&A, securities, and private equity,” said Bradley Houston Office Managing Partner James A. Collura. “She brings even more depth to the corporate team we are putting together in Houston, and her work will enhance our already strong capabilities in construction, energy and litigation.”
Over the past year, Bradley’s Houston office has added 13 attorneys, capitalizing on a 2023 office expansion in the JPMorgan Chase Tower in downtown Houston. Since opening in 2016, the Houston office has grown from nine attorneys to more than 50 attorneys with extensive experience in construction, energy, litigation, bankruptcy, corporate M&A, and financial services matters.
Complemented by growth in its Dallas office as well, Bradley now has more than 140 attorneys who are licensed in Texas. Expansion efforts in the state contributed to Bradley’s especially strong performance in 2024 that included double-digit increases in revenue and net income as a result of the firm’s successful growth strategy and other investments over the previous five years.
“In less than 10 years, Bradley has established a significant presence in Texas, which now represents the third largest concentration of our lawyers,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters. “Our strong, thoughtful growth in both Houston and Dallas, as well as across the firm overall, has been the outcome of a strategic and deliberate approach to meeting our clients’ needs for value-driven legal services in key practice areas.”
With over two decades of corporate law experience, Ms. Moss represents public and private companies in a broad range of national and international corporate, finance, real estate and commercial transactions. Her practice is focused on M&A, divestitures, corporate and debt restructurings, private placements, general business transactions and contracts, joint ventures, commercial lending transactions and corporate governance.
