  A fatal single-vehicle accident that occurred at a HEB store in Southeast Houston on Oct. 19 has resulted in a lawsuit, Harris County court records show. Pasadena resident Daniel Sanchez has sued HEB Grocery Company, LP, Dorothy Davenport Barnes and Roberta Johnson Mayes over the death of his wife, Karla Sanchez.
