HOUSTON – A Harris County woman alleges she was injured at a Houston auto dealership when she slipped on a tiled floor.

Dana Lynn Thompson filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the Harris County District Court against Munday Chevrolet-Pontiac Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 30, 2017, she was an invitee at defendant's automobile dealership when she slipped and fell on the tiled floor inside the entrance. She alleges the fall caused injuries.

The plaintiff holds Munday Chevrolet-Pontiac Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to inspect and maintain the area, failed to warn and failed to remedy or make the condition safe.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000 and such other and further relief to which she may be justly entitled. She is represented by Chad D. Points and Anthony M. Denena of Denena & Points PC in Bellaire.
