Man alleges severe injuries in forklift accident

A Gregg County man alleges he endured disfigurement after he fell on the forks of a forklift.Calvin Miller filed a lawsuit Sept. 5 in the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Millis Transport.

Attorney Frani Broussard was 'arrested' and brought to night court last month for an MDA fundraiser at Suga's. A recent fundraising event had many of the area's attorneys appearing before a judge in a different kind of court.
