HOUSTON — A parking attendant claims he tripped over an unmarked speed bump at the Buffalo Speedway and suffered a shattered femur and other injuries. Eugene Chambers filed a complaint March 10 in Harris County District Court against Parkway Property Investments LLC alleging negligent exposure to unsafe condition. Chambers alleges in his suit that on Oct. 5, 2019, he was working for SP Plus as a parking attendant at the Buffalo Speedway at Greenway Plaza.
