Roofer owes Yellowbook, suit claims

A company is suing a roofing company for alleged breach of contract.

Hibu Inc., formerly known as Yellowbook Inc., filed a lawsuit Oct. 17 in Jefferson County District Court against Hector Crosby Jr., individually and doing business as Aztec Roofing, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Hibu provided goods or services to the defendant which have not been paid for, with more than $5,100 owed, plus interest. The defendant is accused of breach of contract, or, in the alternative, unjust enrichment.

Hibu seeks the amount owed plus interest, attorney fees and costs of court. It is represented by attorneys Sean S.V. Homrig, Don M. Barnett, Matias Eduardo Garcia, Ian A. McCarthy and Lawrence J. Falli of Barnett and Garcia in Austin.
