Coastal Resources sues over unpaid bill

A Galveston County construction supplier is suing to collect on services rendered to a local excavation company.

Coastal Resources Group filed a petition and request for disclosure on May 7 in Galveston County Circuit Court against E-Source Holdings Inc.

On or about July 16, 2013, E-Source had Coastal Resources deliver goods and materials associated with E-Source's business of dismantling and demolition. The relationship continued throughout 2013 and 2014.

Starting in July 2014, however, E-Source started to not pay "several" invoices from Coastal Resources, even though they continued to accept delivery of the goods.

The balance currently due, the lawsuit states, is $3,758.90.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief, plus pre-judgment interest, court costs, penalties, attorneys' fees and expenses.

The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jamie M. Davis in Houston.
Galveston County Circuit Court case no. CV-0074211.
