Woman sues PA doctor for death of son

A Hardin County woman has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a Port Arthur doctor.

Nancy Letts filed the suit against Dr. Gloria Castro-Zappia on April 19 in Jefferson County District Court on behalf of Henry Lamar Singleton, her deceased son.

According to the plaintiff's original petition, on Aug. 22, 2005, Singleton was a patient at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital.
