Cindy McGlothin went to defendant's residence in Vidor to visit family members when she fell on the driveway. Plaintiff claims Bobby Park was negligent for allowing the driveway to fall into disrepair and create a dangerous condition. She is seeking medical expenses, mental anguish and other damages.
