Happy Fourth of July!
Summer's here, and it's time to enjoy the warm (hot!) weather and fireworks and celebrate our freedoms.
Our court system is one of the best examples of the freedoms we enjoy as Americans. And many people in the legal community take some time off around the Fourth of July.
So, because of the Independence Day holiday, The Southeast Texas Record will not publish a July 9 print edition. But during the holiday week, we will continue to post news and stories on our Web site daily.
