Susan Page is suing Peter Gray for an automobile collision that occurred Sept. 6, 2006, in the 1500 block of Cardinal Drive. Gray's vehicle had mechanical problems and he was forced to stop in the middle of a lane. Page stopped behind him and was rear-ended twice by defendants Latonya McDaniel and Randall Vaughn.
McDaniel and Vaughn are also named as defendants.
The plaintiffs are suing for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and impairment, plus actual damages and attorneys' fees.

On Nov. 25, 2007, the plaintiff was traveling in eastbound on I-10 in Louisiana when her vehicle was struck from behind by the defendant. The suit says jurisdiction is proper in Jefferson County because the defendant resides in the country.

Dunn alleges Kaplan made her working environment "intolerable" and is suing the company for past and future back pay, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment, plus exemplary damages and attorneys' fees.
