Tiger Industrial sues R&R over unpaid charges

Tiger Industrial Rentals has filed suit against R & R Marine, claiming it failed to pay for goods and services Tiger Industrial Rentals provided.

Represented by John Seth Bullard of Orgain, Bell and Tucker in Beaumont, Tiger Industrial Rentals claims it established an open account with R & R Marine, but R & R Maine began to incur charges without paying the balances due in February.

"Defendants ultimately accumulated an account balance of $60,055.17 after accounting for all payments and credits," the complaint filed Nov. 18 in Jefferson County District Court states.

In addition to the balance due, Tiger Industrial Rentals is seeking consequential damages resulting from R & R Marine's breach of contract, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs and all other relief it may be entitled.

The case has been assigned to Judge Milton Shuffield of the 136th District Court.

Case No. D182-731
