A Jefferson County company claims a San Antonio laboratory and three Bexar County men owe it more than $60,000 for work it performed and for payments due under a promissory note.
Masterpath Pathology Consultants claims defendants Cyto Specialty Laboratories, Armando Gonzalez, Victor Gonzalez and Edgar Gonzalez executed a promissory note, but have failed to make payments on the note.
Under a special agreement, Masterpath also provided services to Cyto, but has not been paid for them, according to the complaint filed Aug. 18 in Jefferson County District Court.
The defendants owe $19,277.59 under the promissory note and $45,972.42 for the services performed by Masterpath, the suit states.
In addition to the money it says it is due, Masterpath is seeking pre- and post-judgment interest, costs and other relief the court deems just.
It will be represented by John Seth Bullard of Orgain, Bell and Tucker in Beaumont.
The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
