Woman sues Kinder Morgan over auto collision

A Beaumont woman claims she incurred severe injuries to her neck, shoulder and right hand after a driver for Kinder Morgan Inc. rear-ended her.

Mamie Zenn claims she was driving on Major Drive and had stopped for slowed traffic when Darren P. Brune, who was driving a vehicle for Kinder Morgan Inc. slammed into the back of her vehicle.

According to the complaint filed Sept. 15 in Jefferson County District Court, Zenn experienced right arm pain and low back pain, incurred medical costs and lost earnings and her earning capacity.

In addition, she suffered physical impairment, physical pain and mental anguish and incurred property damage, the suit states.

Zenn is seeking an unspecified judgment, plus pre-judgment interest, costs and other relief to which she may be entitled.

Jonathan C. Juhan of Beaumont will be representing her.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
