A collision with a tractor trailer on Interstate 10 has led James Dycus to file suit against truck driver Andrew Weber and his employer, Star Transport.
The suit was filed March 12 in Orange County District Court.
Court papers show that on March 9, 2009, Dycus was traveling eastbound on I-10 in the inside lane when Weber allegedly "failed to drive in a single lane and struck his vehicle."
Dycus alleges that Weber negligently failed to maintain a proper lookout and Star Transport was negligent in its hiring and training of him.
His is suing for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and lost wages.
He is represented by Thomas Moses, attorney at law.
The case has been assigned to Judge Buddy Hahn, 260thJudicial District.
