On behalf of her minor child, Kimberly Duncan has filed a pro se suit against Boonsathien Pumptech for causing an automobile collision last October.
The suit was filed April 26 in Orange County District Court.
Court papers show that on Oct. 27, 2009, Duncan and her daughter were stopped at an intersection of the 800 block of E. Freeway when Pumptech struck the left quarter of her vehicle.
The suit does not say what injuries the minor suffered, nor does the suit say what damages the plaintiff is seeking.
The case has been assigned to Judge Dennis Powell, 163rd Judicial District.
