Claiming she was rear-ended, Kristen LaFleur has filed suit against Richard Raley II.
The suit was filed July 6 in Orange County District Court.
According to the suit, on June 24 LaFleur was driving on N. Main Street in Vidor when Raley rear-ended her vehicle.
In her suit, LaFleur accuses Raley of negligently failing to keep a proper lookout and control his speed.
LaFleur is suing for past and future medical expenses, mental anguish and lost wages, plus all court costs.
She is represented by Henderson attorney James Homes.
The case has been assigned to Judge Dennis Powell, 163rd Judicial District.
