A woman claims she sustained injuries in a collision.
Brittany Howard filed a lawsuit July 12 in Jefferson County District Court against India Nicole Stewart.
Court records indicate that Howard sustained bodily injuries, incurred medical costs and experienced physical pain, mental anguish and physical impairment as the result of a collision near the 2200 block of U.S. 69 in Port Arthur.
Howard does not specify how the incident occurred, but is seeking an unspecified judgment, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs and other relief to which she may be entitled.
