Seeking to recover a manufactured home, Green Tree Servicing has filed suit against the home's recipients, Mildred and Horace Loe.
The suit was filed Aug. 24 in Orange County District Court.
Court records show that on Feb. 14, 1995, the Loes executed a manufactured home retail installment contract with Green Tree.
"Defendants have defaulted on the contract and, therefore, Green Tree is entitled to possession of the manufactured home," the suit states. "Accordingly, Green Tree requests ... this court enter judgment requiring the sheriff ... to deliver possession to Green Tree."
The home is currently in Vidor.
Green Tree is represented by Addison attorney Richard McKinney.
Judge Dennis Powell, 163rd District Court, has been assigned to the case.
