Jerrod Dickerson is suing his employer, Allco Inc., alleging the company failed to properly train and supervise a co-worker who ran over his foot with a Bobcat loader.
The suit was filed Jan. 12 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the petition, on April 5 Dickerson was employed by Allco and received serious injuries when "his left foot was run over by a Bobcat loader, which was operated by a co-worker."
In his suit, Dickerson alleges Allco negligently failed to properly supervise the job and train the machine operator.
Dickerson is suing for his alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment, disfigurement and lost wages.
Beaumont attorney Tommy Yeates of Moore Landrey represents him.
Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, has been assigned to the case.
