Tyler County resident Angela McFaddin is suing William Wueller, a Port Arthur resident, for allegedly running a stop sign and striking her vehicle.

According to her petition, on March 23, 2009, McFaddin was traveling north on Highway 69 in Lumberton when Wueller ran a stop sign and slammed into her vehicle.
