AUSTIN, Texas (Legal Newsline) - Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott on Tuesday announced the resolution of an enforcement action against a New Braunfels-based ATV dealer and its owners.
The Family Exchange and owners Brandon Olson and Debra Olson allegedly failed to deliver vehicles to customers who paid in full in an expected time frame, if at all.
The company -- which also operates as Olson Powersports, Big Time Powersports, Star Power and Big Time ATV -- cannot sell motor vehicles online or in person for five years as a result of surrendering its sales license, Abbott's office said.
