Sieben Equipment Services has answered a suit alleging it failed to pay for uniforms it rented.
Munro's Uniform Services filed suit against Sieben Equipment Services on Aug. 30 in Jefferson County District Court, alleging the companies entered into a contract in which Sieben agreed to rent uniforms from Munro's, but Sieben failed to live up to its portion of the contract by failing to pay for the goods.
However, on Nov. 21 Sieben Equipment answered the suit, asserting a general denial and demanding strict proof thereof.
Munro's is seeking an unspecified judgment, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs, attorney's fee and other relief the court deems just.
Ernest W. Boyd and Christopher Grimm of Mehaffy Weber in Houston represent Munro's.
Beaumont attorney Marc Henry of Henry & Fuller represents Sieben Equipment.
Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, is assigned to the case.
