John Deere seeks to recover $90K on delinquent account

John Deere Financial has filed suit against Robert Lott, seeking to recover more than $90,000 on a delinquent credit account.

The suit was filed Dec. 16 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on July 9, 2008, Lott executed a credit agreement with John Deere for the purpose of purchasing equipment and supplies.

Allegedly, Lott breached the agreement by failing to make payments and now owes John Deere $90,955.54.

The plaintiff is suing for actual damages and attorney's fees.

Bellaire attorney Teri Kelley represents the company.

Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
