Beaumont man sues to recoup $90,000

A Beaumont man has filed suit against the two people he claims failed to repay him more than $90,000.

Jessry H. Twine Jr. claims he lent defendants Elton and Minnie Senegal money. The Senegals have failed to repay Twine $93,000, according to the complaint filed March 6 in Jefferson County District Court.

In his complaint, Twine is seeking repayment of the $93,000, plus interest, at least $5,000 in attorney's fees, costs and other relief the court deems just.

He will be represented by Daniel D. Clayton of Beaumont.

The case has been assigned to Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court.
