Man claims neurological damage from wreck

Powers

A man has filed suit against the driver who he claims struck his vehicle.

Michael Pham claims defendant Beatrix Lucille Whittlesey caused a collision on July 22, 2010.

Although Pham does not specify how the collision occurred, he does say he sustained injuries to his neck, back, neurological system and body and experienced physical pain, suffering, mental anguish, personal inconvenience, physical incapacity and physical impairment because of the collision. In addition, Pham lost income, incurred medical costs, lost his ability to perform household services and lost his enjoyment of life, according to the complaint filed July 24 in Jefferson County District Court.

In his complaint, Pham is seeking an unspecified judgment, plus costs, pre- and post-judgment interest at the legal rate and other relief the court deems just.

Jason A. Powers and Heather R. Slay of Powers and Slay in Houston will be representing him.
