A Jefferson County woman wants the court to allow her to sell a piece of property worth more than $300,000, which she co-owns with another Jefferson County couple.
Sing You filed a lawsuit Aug. 29 in Jefferson County District Court against Steve and Eileen Nguyen.
In her complaint, You alleges she and the Nguyens each own and undivided interest in property in Jefferson County that is worth $382,360.
Because the property cannot be divided, You wants it to be sold and the proceeds to be split between her and the Nguyens, according to the complaint.
In addition to her request that the court order the land to be sold, You seeks costs, interest and other relief the court deems just.
