Two new lawsuits against insurance companies over storm damage claims have been filed in Jefferson County District Court, Sept. 24-28, 2012.
The following complaints have been filed:
• Barbara Isedore of 2212 Sharon Drive in Port Arthur alleges Fire Insurance Exchange denied her claim for roof and water damages caused to her property after a wind and hail storm struck on June 6, 2011. Isedore will be represented by Jason B. Speights, Todd Worrich and Brennan Kucera of Speights and Worrich in San Antonio. Jefferson County District Court case number: E193-227.
• Corliss Jones of 2048 18th St. in Port Arthur alleges Farmers Insurance Exchange and David Maxey denied her claim for roof and water damages caused to her property after a wind and hailstorm struck on Sept. 29, 2011. Jones will be represented by Jason B. Speights, Todd Worrich and T. Nicole Littles of Speights and Worrich in San Antonio. Jefferson County District Court case number: A193-218.
