One new lawsuit against an insurance company over windstorm damage was filed in Jefferson County District Court, Oct. 8-12, 2012.
The following complaint has been filed:
• Shascotchawa Antoine claims State Farm Lloyds and Gary Hastings denied her claim for roof and water damages caused to her property after a severe windstorm struck June 6, 2011. Antoine will be represented by Jason B. Speights, Todd A. Worrich and Joan Marron of Speights and Worrich in San Antonio. Jefferson County District Court case number: D193-339.
