Port Neches local Nicholas Taylor is suing Robert Fong, a Port Arthur resident, alleging Fong struck him while he was out riding his motorcycle.

The suit was filed April 2 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on March 14, 2013, Taylor was out driving his motorcycle at the intersection of Nail Street and South Avenue in Port Neches when Fong, who was stopped at a stop sign, failed to yield the right of way and struck him.
