Companies in litigation over unpaid goods

Southeast Texas Interstate Tire & Mechanical has filed suit against Liquid Vacserv, seeking to recover more than $10,000 for unpaid goods. 

The suit was filed April 29 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, the parties entered into a commercial account founded on regular business dealings.

“Despite demand, Liquid Vacserv has failed and refused to pay the amount as promised, damaging Interstate Tire in the total principal amount of $10,225.38,” the suit states.

The suit further accuses the defendant of breaching its contract.

The plaintiff is suing for actual damages and interests, plus all courts costs and attorney’s fees.

Beaumont attorney David Cordova Jr. represents the plaintiff.

Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
