Anesthesia service provider not paid more than $100,000, court documents say

A Beaumont anesthesia provider has filed suit against the hospital that it claims failed to pay more than $100,000 for services rendered.

Anesthesia Associates claims it is owed $121,912.24 for call schedule services it provided. Before rendering the services, Anesthesia Associates had entered into a contract with defendant Kiglapait Hospital Corporation doing business as Renaissance Hospital Groves in which the hospital agreed to pay for call schedule services.

In addition to the money it claims it is owed, Anesthesia Associates is seeking interest, attorney’s fees and other relief the court deems just.

It will be represented by Jason L. Cansler of The Law Offices of Jason L. Cansler in Beaumont.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.

Jefferson County District Court case number: B194-412.
