A man claims he and his daughter sustained injuries when a driver rear-ended their vehicle.

Garrett Paul Fuselier filed a lawsuit Aug. 22 in Jefferson County District Court against Cleveland Mack Sales and Justin Ryan Flowers.

In his complaint, Fuselier claims he and his daughter, Elle Rolls, were driving on College Street in Beaumont on April 25, 2012, when a vehicle driven by Flowers, which was owned by Cleveland Mack Sales, crashed into the back of Fuselier’s vehicle.

In addition to their injuries, Fuselier claims he and his daughter sustained property damages and suffered personal injuries , both of which cost more than $100,000.

In his complaint, Fuselier is seeking unspecified damages, plus costs, pre- and post-judgment interest and other relief the court deems just.
