TBS Factoring Service LLC filed suit in the District Court of Jefferson County on Oct. 24, naming Oiltanking Beaumont Partners LP and Oiltanking Beaumont GP LLC, as the defendants.
TBS is suing for money allegedly owed under a logistics contract. According to TBS, Humphrey Logistics provided logistic services under an open account. TBS claims Humphrey made a delivery at Beaumont's request for which Beaumont refuses to pay.
TBS alleges it is owed $59,710.00 for the delivery and is suing for breach of contract alleging Beaumont failed to uphold their end of the delivery contract.
TBS is seeking more than $100,000 in damages. It is being represented by attorney Harrell Pailet.
