A Jefferson County man is suing after he was involved in an automobile accident.
Samuel A. Clayton Jr. filed a lawsuit against Evelyn Galvan in Jefferson County District Court, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 15, 2012, Clayton and Galvan were involved in a motor vehicle collision in Jefferson County. The plaintiff states the defendant's negligence caused the accident.
Clayton is seeking damages in excess of $100,000, but not more than $200,000.
He is being represented in the case by attorney John Werner of Reaud, Morgan & Quinn LLP.
The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
