A couple is suing after a car collision on the Galveston seawall.
Lloyd R. and Lara R. Rook filed a lawsuit Feb. 3 in the Galveston County District Court against Thomas G. and William G. Henshaw, citing gross negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 25, 2012, Thomas Henshaw was operating a vehicle near the 6000 block of Seawall Boulevard when he struck the plaintiffs' vehicle.
Thomas Henshaw is accused of failing to control the motor vehicle and avoid a collision, and William Henshaw is accused of negligently entrusting the vehicle to Thomas Henshaw.
The plaintiffs are seeking an amount in damages to be determined by the court.
They are being represented in the case by attorneys Anthony G. Buzbee and Peter Taaffe of The Buzbee Law Firm.
