A Jefferson County family are suing over claims they sustained injuries in an automobile accident.
Andrew LaSalle Sr., Helen LaSalle and Andrew LaSalle Jr. filed a lawsuit Jan. 30 in the Jefferson County District Court against David Alvarado Flores, citing negligence.
The plaintiffs claim that on Nov. 28, they suffered injuries when their car was struck in the 4600 block of Magnolia Avenue in Beaumont.
According to the suit, the defendant failed to yield the right of way, causing the collision with the plaintiff.
The plaintiffs are seeking damages, interest and court costs.
They are being represented in the case by Beaumont attorney E. Hart Green of Weller, Green, Toups & Terrell LLP.
