J.G. Wentworth Originators seeks approval for partial annuity payment sale

A company filed an application seeking the courts approval for the transfer of assignment payments.

J.G. Wentworth Originators LLC filed an application for approval of sale of partial annuity payment Feb. 10 in the Jefferson County District Court.

J.G. Wentworth states H. Baker is currently receiving payments under a structured settlement and desires to sell a portion of the structured settlement to J.G. Wentworth in return for a lump sum payment.

J.G. Wentworth is requests the court to grant this application and approve the transfer of assignment payments.

The applicant is being represented by Laryssa Korduba of The Korduba Law Firm PLLC in Tomball.
