A woman is suing after she was rear ended by a driver.
Kimberly Renee Nabors filed a lawsuit Feb. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division against Neelab Hassanzi, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 14, 2012, Nabors was operating her 2003 Honda on State Highway 6 in Sugarland when she stopped at a red light in the 3300 block.
At the same time, Hassanzi was operating a 2000 Nissan Maxima behind Nabors in the same lane.
The complaint alleges the defendant was negligent and failed to stop for the red light, crashing into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle, causing serious injuries.
