Security Lighting has demanded payment from the defendants, but they refuse to pay for the materials Security Lighting furnished to the construction project, according to the complaint. Security Lighting states they are owed $37,260 from the defendants.
Security Lighting is seeking foreclosure of their mechanic's lien against the project, judgment against defendants for $37,260, costs allowed under the Texas Property Code, attorneys fees and court costs.
