An Orange County woman is suing three men after she was injured in a car accident allegedly due to their negligence.
Carol L. Donald filed a lawsuit March 5 in the Jefferson County District Court against William J. Bessey II, Gary Louis Cantue and Brock Thomas Sherrod, citing negligence.
Donald claims she was driving on Eastex Freeway in Jefferson County when the defendants struck her vehicle from the rear in a multi-vehicle collision.
The suit alleges the defendants' negligence caused the accident, resulting in injuries for Donald.
Donald is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum, interest and court costs.
