CI Oncology Partners files temporary restraining order

Nolan patricia 150x150

A Beaumont oncology office has filed an application for a temporary restraining order.

CI Oncology Partners LLC filed an application for a temporary restraining order March 10 in the Jefferson County District Court against American Arbitration Association and Dallas attorney Patricia A. Nolan.

The plaintiff claims a lawsuit filed against the lawyer representing the hospital will cause the plaintiff immediate and irreparable harm. The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, an order by which the lawyer is restrained from performing particular acts.

The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court and any other relief they are entitled to.

They are being represented in the case by Houston attorneys Gary M. Riebschlager and David M. Medina of Brent Coon and Associates.
