A Galveston County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a car collision.
Connie Rice filed a lawsuit March 11 in the Galveston County District Court against DSW Homes LLC, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Jan. 22, 2014, Rice was driving when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle operated by an employee of DSW Homes.
Rice is seeking more than $1 million in damages.
She is being represented in the case by attorneys David W. Bergquist and Kelly M. Woods of the Bergquist Law Firm in Houston.
