Towne Oaks Townhouses named in breach of contract claim

A Texas company is suing a housing development company, claiming they have not received payment for services and materials. 

PPG Architectural Finishes Inc. filed a lawsuit March 12 in the Jefferson County District Court against TLG Towne Oaks LLC, also known as Towne Oaks Townhouse, located off Dowlen Road in Beaumont, citing breach of contract, foreclosure of lien and payment of the money they have earned.

The plaintiff alleges in the suit they sold goods, merchandise, or services to the defendant for an agreed upon price. According to the claim, the defendant did not pay the principal balance of $4,638.61 on their bill.

The plaintiff is seeking damages of $4,638.61, attorney's fees, foreclosure of their lien, interest and court costs.

They are being represented in the case by Arlington attorney Charles E. Wear Jr. of Law Offices of Charles E. Wear Jr. PC.
