Goodman Networks sued over religious discrimination

A Texas man is suing over claims he was fired due to his religious beliefs.


Jef Mindrup filed a lawsuit March 20 in the  against Goodman Networks Inc., citing religious discrimination.

According to the complaint, on March 15, 2012, Mindrup, a Buddhist, was terminated from employment with Goodman Networks after refusing to add Bible quotes to the daily employee newsletter he was in charge of creating.

Mindrup is seeking back pay, front pay and damages.

He is being represented in the case by attorney Chris R. Miltenberger.
