Ineos employee sued for plans to publish proprietary information

A Galveston County man is being sued over claims he intends to publish a book of proprietary information about employer.


Ineos USA LLC filed a lawsuit March 21 in the Galveston County District Court against Robert Trajkovski, citing application for a temporary restraining order. 

According to the complaint, on March 17, Trajkovski, who worked as a project manager for the chemical company Ineos USA, approached a colleague to edit a book he planned to publish that contained trade secrets and propriety information of the company.

Trajkovski is accused of misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion, violating the Texas Theft Liability Act and breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty.

Ineos USA is seeking damages and a restraining order.

They are being represented in the case by attorneys Stephen E. Hart and Sunita P. Shirodkar of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart P.C.
