Crystal Beach property owner keeps trailer on property, sued by neighborhood corporation

Bluewater Additions Corp. is suing a Crystal Beach property owner, claiming breach of contract.

Bluewater Additions 1 and 2 HOA LLC filed a lawsuit March 26 in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas against James Dale Levis, citing breach of contract.

The plaintiff alleges Levis owned a home in the Blue Water Addition No. 2 at 947 Selwyn Road in Crystal Beach.

According to the suit, Levis was in violation of two deed restrictions imposed on lot owners -- he is living in a trailer that he has parked on the property and there has been no progress on the beach house construction for more than six months.

The plaintiff is seeking for Levis to remove the trailer and prohibit it to be on the property, to complete or remove the partially built house, attorney's fees and court costs.

He is being represented in the case by Dallas attorney Thomas P. Jackson of the Law Office of Thomas P. Jackson.
